摘　　要：在高度竞争的社会中,员工流动性日益增强,如何维系企业与员工的情感,挖掘离职员工价值,提高企业管理效率是现代企业管理的重要内容。文章从管理意识,管理制度及管理实践三个层面分析离职员工关系管理存在的问题,针对问题并提出完善其管理的对应建议。In the highly competitive society, the increasing mobility of employees, how to maintain the enterprise and the staff of the emotion, mining employee turnover value, and improve the efficiency of enterprise management is the important content of modern enterprise management.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of employee relations from three aspects of management consciousness, management system and management practices, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the management.
