芬兰职业技能竞赛体系的构建及其启示

摘　　要：芬兰技能竞赛是国家提升职业教育吸引力、保障经济持续稳定增长的重要因素。芬兰技能协会组织包含Taitaja、Taitaja PLUS、Taitaja9在内的国家职业技能竞赛体系,与欧洲职业技能竞赛及世界技能竞赛在组织结构与赛项内容上层级衔接,具有开放性特征,并对青少年未来规划产生影响。芬兰职业技能竞赛体系在职业教育影响力提升、就业能力培养及竞赛训练融入专业教学等三个方面,对我国技能竞赛创新具有现实的启示作用。Finland skills competitions are important factors for the country to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and ensure steady economic growth. Finland skills association organizes national vocational skills competition system including Taitaja, Taitaja PLUS and Taitaja9. It connects with the European skills competition and the world skills competition in the organization structure and competition contents with the characteristic of openness and has an effect on youngsters＇ future planning. Finland voca- tional skills competition system has realistic enlightenment to the innovation of skills competition in China in the three aspects of pro- moting influence of vocational education, cultivation of employment ability and integration of competition training into professional teaching.
