摘  要:履带车辆转向性能试验研究是分析履带车辆转向特性,验证履带车辆转向理论的重要技术手段。针对当前缺乏准确、高效的履带车辆转向性能试验方法与测试手段的研究现状,根据履带车辆转向运动学、动力学参数之间的相互关系,系统全面分析各转向性能参数的测试及获取方法。在此基础上,提出采用基于GPS原理的转向性能测试系统测量转向轨迹的方法获得履带车辆的实际转向半径,并结合NI测试系统、存储式转速、转矩仪等装置,实现了多个转向半径下,履带车辆转向运动学、动力学参数的不间断测试,显著提高了转向性能参数的测试效率及精度。对试验仪器设备使用、试验数据处理过程进行详细论述,重点解决了多套试验装置所采集数据的截断与同步的关键问题。进行试验结果的分析及与理论模型计算结果的对比研究。为开展履带车辆的转向性能试验测试及转向理论模型验证提供了重要的技术方法。Experimental research on steering characteristics is an important technical method for the analyzing of steering performance and validating of steering theory of tracked vehicles. In view of the absence of accurate and efficient steering test means for tracked vehicles, experiment approach of overall steering performance parameters have been given an overall analysis based on the relationships among steering kinematics and dynamic parameters. Experiment method of actual steering radius of tracked vehicle is proposed according to the GPS-based steering track test instrument. With the combination of National Instruments measurement system, memory revolving speed and torque tester and GPS-based steering track test instrument, uninterrupted experiments of multiple steering radiuses for steering kinematic and dynamic parameters has been implemented, and the test efficiency and precision of the steering performance parameters have been improved significantly. The usage of test equipment and the process of test data have been depicted in detail, and the critical question of truncation and synchronization of experimental data measured from multi-set of test instrument have been resolved. Test results are analyzed and compared with calculation results of theoretical model. The research provides an important technical method for steering performance test and theoretical model validation for tracked vehicles.
