摘 要:针对高职院校对新教师专业发展和职业素质提升的要求,提出运用档案袋评价模式对新教师进行动态和过程性的评价,要求新教师收集专业发展过程中的材料,参加专业发展所需的教学、科研和实践活动,主动反思修正教育教学行为,引入导师、同行、督导、学生对新教师进行评价,旨在为高职院校提出一种较为合理的新教师评价模式,更好地调动新教师教育教学积极性,为高职院校师资队伍建设和管理建言献策。Aiming at new teachers' professional development and requirements of improving professional quality in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward applying portfolio assessment model to carry on the dynamic and process evaluation of the new teachers, requiring new teachers to collect materials in the process of professional development and to participate in teaching, scientific research and practice activities in the professional development, taking the initiative to reflect and correct education and teaching behavior, introducing mentors, peers, supervisions, students to evaluate new teachers, in order to put forward a more reasonable evaluation model of the new teachers and arouse their enthusiasm of education and teaching, and giving some suggestions for the construction and management of teaching staff in higher vocational schools.
