摘  要:在临床教学实践中,专业理论和临床思维的结合培养至关重要,而在分段式教学模式下培育学生的临床思维是一种新的挑战。本文着重探讨分段式模式下医学生临床思维的培养方法,通过灌输理论、问题提出、布置资料查阅、案例分析和床旁教学法,树立学生的临床思维,使学生在临床实践中应用正确的临床思维来准确地采集病史、分析病史、观察病情、综合思考。通过系统的理论学习和临床思维培养,使学生掌握分析疾病、推理疾病、诊断疾病的能力。In the practice of clinical teaching, the combination of theory and clinical thinking training is crucial, and in the sectional teaching mode to cultivate the students' clinical thinking was a kind of new challenge. This paper mainly discusses sectional mode of medical students clinical thinking cultivation method, through the indoctrination theory, problem posing, decorate information consulting, case analysis and bedside teaching method, set up the students' clinical thinking, makes the student to apply the correct clinical thinking in clinical practice to accurately collecting medical history, history analysis, observation of condition, comprehensive thinking.Through the system of theoretical study and clinical thinking cultivation, to make the students master the disease, reasoning, the ability of disease, diagnosis of diseases.
