摘　　要：通过对免费师范生就业状况、免费师范生对政策的主观感受调查研究结果表明:师范生免费教育政策执行情况总体良好;免费师范生对政策认可度相对较高。但仍存在学生基层就业比例小及政策执行过程中的认知偏差等问题,需要在今后的工作中进一步改进。The author launches a research on the employment status of normal students who receive free education and their response to the free education policy for normal students. The result shows that this policy is generally acclaimed. However, there are some problems wanting improvement, such as, the proportion of basic-level employment remains small, and there are some cognitive bias existing in the implementation process.
