摘 要:职业教育教学过程与生产过程对接要求课程教学模式必须以行动为导向,正确把握教学过程与生产过程的关系。实施教学过程和生产过程的有效对接须使课程内容来源于生产实际,教学方法以行动为导向,教学考核以能力考核为本位。实践表明,制定以职业能力为核心的课程标准,构建贴近生产实际的教学环境,培养一支专兼结合的双师型教师队伍,是实施职业教学过程与生产过程有效对接的保障。The connection of teaching process of vocational education and production process requires that the teaching mode of the course should be based on action, correctly grasping the relationship between teaching process and production process. The effective connection between teaching process and production process requires that the course contents should come from the production practice, the teaching methods should take action as the guidance and the teaching assessment should take ability assessment as the standard. Practice has proved that it is the guarantee for the implementation of the effective connection of vocational teaching process and production process to establish the curriculum standards with the professional ability as the core, construct the teaching environment close to production reality and cultivate double-qualified teachers.
