摘　　要：本文从搭建校企合作平台,提高学生职业认知和课程体系的全面改革等方面,探讨了高职院校IT专业"S.M.A.R.T"人才培养理念的研究、探索与实践的实施过程。This paper discusses the implementation process of the research, exploration and practice of ＂S.M.A.R.T＂ talents cultivation idea in IT major of higher vocational colleges, from constructing college-enterprise cooperation platform, improving students＇ occupational cognition, and comprehensive reform of the course system.
