当代师范生的综合职业素养

摘　　要：师范生的职业素养内涵十分丰富,师德师品素养、专业知识素养、职业技能素养、科学文化素养等方面应该是核心职业素养,并在此基础上形成师范生的综合职业素养。师范生职业素养的培养要结合所学专业,全方位设计、多角度实施,强化针对性和有效性。The connotation of normal university students＇ professional quality is very rich, and teacher＇s ethics, professional knowledge, occupational skills and scientific culture should be their core professional qualities, based on which their comprehensive professional quality is formed. The cultivation of normal university students＇ professional quality should be designed and implemented from multiple angles and enhance pertinence and effectiveness based on their specialties.
