导师制对动物科学专业学生毕业论文成绩的影响

摘　　要：收集扬州大学动物科学专业2007-2013年推行毕业论文导师制以来共770篇毕业论文相关信息,同时采用多因素方差分析法对影响毕业论文成绩的相关因素进行分析,结果表明:本科生导师制极显著提高了动物科学专业本科生毕业论文成绩(P<0.01);导师制下,毕业论文题目类型、导师个人和导师职称显著影响毕业论文成绩(P<0.05),而毕业论文题目来源、导师学历和导师是否为博士生导师或硕士生导师对本科生毕业论文成绩无显著影响(P>0.05)。学生尽早接触科研、开展大学生科研训练计划、引进优秀高水平博士人才、提高指导教师的学术水平和敬业精神、制定完善的毕业论文规章制度,并进行周密的组织,均有助于学生毕业论文质量的提高。770 graduation thesis by majors of Animal Science in Yangzhou University from 2007 to 2013were collected and the factors affecting the score of graduation thesis were analyzed by mutil-factors ANOVA method.The results showed that the tutorial system highly improved the score of graduation thesis.The type of graduation thesis topics,supervisors,and the professional title of supervisors displayed significant impacts on the score of graduation thesis（P〈0.05）,and the sources of thesis topic,educational background of supervisors and supervisor types showed no significant impact on the score of graduation thesis after application of tutorial system（P〈0.05）.It proved helpful to improve the quality of graduation thesis by acquiring scientific research earlier,carrying out research and training programs,importing of excellent doctorate graduates,improving the academic standards and professionalism of instructor,making rules and regulations related to graduation thesis,and taking the careful organization.
