基于态势分析模型的农业高职院校中高职教育衔接研究——以湖南生物机电职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：中高职教育衔接是当前中国职业教育发展中的热点问题。以湖南生物机电职业技术学院为例,利用态势分析模型,以SWOT分析矩阵为分析框架对农业高职院校中高职教育衔接的优势、劣势、机会和挑战进行研究。据此提出相关战略对策:优势-机会策略,发挥内部优势,抓住外部机会;劣势-机会策略,利用外部机会,改进内部劣势;优势-挑战策略,利用内部优势,应对外部挑战;劣势-挑战策略,克服自身劣势,迎接外部挑战。Secondary and higher vocational education convergence is a hot issue of the development of China＇ s vocational education at present. In this study with Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic as an example, the SWOT analysis matrix was used as an analytical framework to explore the strengths, weakness, opportunity and threat of the secondary and higher vocational education convergence with situational analysis model in agricultural higher vocational colleges; and accordingly some strategic countermeasures were put forward like strengths-opportunity strategy, weakness-opportunity strategy, strengths-threat strategy and weakness-threat strategy.
