摘　　要：辅导员作为高校教师和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是高校培养人才的直接参与者,在当前高校学生的思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用。如何实现与学生的有效沟通是辅导员工作中重要的组成部分。本文从高等职业学院工科院系学生特点入手,结合自身实际工作,就当前辅导员与学生沟通存在的若干障碍,阐述如何实现工科院系辅导员和学生之间的有效沟通。As an important component of college faculty and management, counselors directly participate in the process of talent cultivation, playing an important role in the ideological and political education of college and university students. To achieve effective communication is an important job of counselors. By examining the features of science majors of vocational and technical colleges, this paper explains how obstacles can be removed so as to achieve effective communication between students and counselors.
