摘  要:基于创建世界一流大学的学校发展战略目标,韩国高等科学技术学院、首尔大学、延世大学均聚焦本科教育,实施了系统的管理和培养模式改革,在课程设置、学制、教学规程、学分制、课程与教学管理等方面出台了一系列在韩国首开先河的培养模式创新举措;建构了重基础和实践性的本科课程结构及严格的学业质量标准和毕业要求;实施了以培养本科生基本素养、研究和创新能力为本的特色课程计划;制定了明确的本科生培养目标与能力标准,大力推行通识教育。Based on the university development strategy objectives to create a world-class university, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Seoul National University, and Yonsei University all focused on the undergraduate education, carried out the reform of the systematic management and student training model. The three universities also introduced and put into practice a series of initiative measures of student training mode in the areas of the course offerings, educational system, teaching rules, credit system, curriculum and teaching man- agement and other aspects. The new measures also included developing a fundamental and practical curriculum structure with strict quality standards and graduation requirements; implementing a series of characteristic cur- riculum plan for the improvement of the undergraduate basic literacy, research and innovation ability; and also de- veloping the detailed undergraduate training objectives and ability standards; as well as vigorously carrying out the general education.
