摘　　要：人才培养质量是高校的生命线。我国高校人才培养具有明显的社会导向性、时代性和向多样化发展的特征。经济全球化的发展,人才结构性失调问题引发了高等教育对构建科学人才培养质量观的思考。以人为本,开放办学,培养符合社会需求和个体发展需要的21世纪人才,全面加强高校创新创业教育改革已经上升到国家战略层面,成为高校人才培养的指明灯。Talent quality is the lifeline of colleges. Talent training in Chinese colleges has the characteristics of social orientation, times and diversification. With the development of economic globalization, the structural imbalance of talent led to colleges to build a scientific concept of quality of talent training. It has become a beacon of University Talents that training the 21st century talent in line with the needs of society and the individual development needs--based on people-oriented, open education, and strengthening the reform of colleges＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education to the national strategic level.
