摘 要:以赤砂糖回溶糖浆为研究对象,探讨石灰澄清法联用二氧化氯氧化脱色工艺的可行性。以脱色率为指标,考察了二氧化氯用量、氧化反应初始p H值、氧化反应时间、氧化反应温度4个因素对赤砂糖回溶糖浆脱色率的影响。并通过正交试验优化工艺条件,其中,脱色最佳工艺为:二氧化氯用量800 mg/kg、氧化反应初始p H值6.60、氧化反应时间30 min、氧化反应温度为40℃,在此条件下,脱色率可达38.5%。结果表明,赤砂糖回溶糖浆石灰澄清法联用二氧化氯氧化脱色工艺具有可行性。The paper was taking remelt syrup of brown granulated sugar as the object,exploring the feasibility of the process of clarification by liming in combination with oxidation decoiorization by ClO_2.Through decoiorization rate as the index,evaluation of variables effects such as ClO_2 dosage,oxidation initial pH value,oxidation reaction time and oxidation reaction temperature for the clarification and decoiorization for the remeit syrup of brown granulated sugar.The orthogonal test has been proceed to optimize the experimental conditions,the results showed that the optimal process conditions for the decolorization rate were that nanometer ClO_2 dosage was 800 mg/kg,oxidation initial pH value was 6.60,oxidation reaction time was 30 min,oxidation reaction temperature was 40 ℃.Under these optimal conditions,the decolorization rate was 38.5% .The results of the experiment show that the feasibility of the process of clarification by liming in combination with oxidation decolorization by ClO_2 for remelt syrup of brown granulated sugar.
