“数字鸿沟”视角下的网络远程教育公平性检视与问题对策——免师硕士生的性别、民族、学习方式对网络学习成效的影响

摘　　要：基于Blackboard网络教学平台提供的数据,以免费师范生教育硕士为研究对象,采用定量分析的方法 ,比较了不同性别和民族的师范生使用网络教学平台的差异性,分析了可以影响师范生最后学业成绩的相关因素。研究结果表明,男生使用网络平台的学习效果不如女生,其学业成绩也低于女生。汉族和少数民族学生在使用网络平台的频度、时间等方面相差无几,但是汉族学生的学业成绩显著高于少数民族学生。其原因在于汉族学生能更有效地应用网络资源开展学习,而少数民族学生在网络平台上参与教学活动的深度不够。基于实证研究的结果,为建立公平的远程教学系统提供了实践依据。Based on the tracking data and academic performance data on Blackboard, the study, with quantitative analysis, in-vestigated the invariance of gender and ethnic in the use of a computer-based course management system and their association to learning outcome for free normal students. The findings show that： （1） the male free normal students do not effectively use the online learning platform, and their academic achievements are poorer than those of female students. （2） Han and ethnic minority students e-qually use the online learning platform in terms of log-in frequency and time length, but the Han students can achieve higher aca-demic outcomes by taking advantage of the online learning platform. On the contrary, the ethnic monitories get lower academic out-comes without interactively participating in the online learning activities. The study provides practical evidences on how to establish an equal online learning environment for free normal students with different backgrounds.
