摘 要:任何改革都需要动力,任何改革都难免遭遇阻力,教育改革也是如此。教育改革的有效推进既需要考虑改革主体的认知水平,又要兼顾不同群体的利益诉求,还有赖于权力资源的合理配置。本文基于结构视域,从个体认知、利益诉求、权力配置等方面对教育改革进行审视,认为应该实现从感性认知结构到理性认知结构、从单一利益结构到多元利益结构、从集权权力结构到制约权力结构的转化,从而逐步优化教育改革自身的动力结构,化解教育改革遇到的阻力。Reform needs motivation and encounters resistance inevitably, which is true for education reform. The effective promotion of education reform should not only consider the individual knowledge, but also need to balance the different interests appeal. At the same time, it depends on the rational allocation of power resources. Examining the education reform from individual knowledge, interests appeal, and power allocation based on the perspective of structure, the articleargued that it should be transformed from the perceptual knowledge structure to rational knowledge structure, from the single interest structure to varied interest structure, from the centralized power structure to restricted power structure, thus gradually to optimize the motivation structure of education reform, and dissolve the education reform's resistance.
