摘 要:【目的】探索新疆孜然油的亚临界萃取工艺。【方法】以新疆吐鲁番产孜然籽实为原料,通过单因素和正交试验进行工艺优化,开展孜然油的亚临界萃取工艺研究。【结果】以出油率为考察指标,确定了孜然油的亚临界萃取最佳萃取条件及参数为:原料粉碎度40目,堆积密度65 g/L,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间90 min。此条件下孜然出油率经验证可达97.30%。【结论】采用亚临界技术萃取孜然油是可行的,具有工艺简单、能耗低、效率高的特点,市场开发前景良好。【Objective 】The objective of the experiment is to discuss subcritical extraction technology from cumin seed oil.【Method】With cumin seed from Turpan prefecture in Xinjiang as the test materials,the subcritical extraction technology,its optimum conditions and parameters for high quality cumin oil was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiments.【Result】Using extraction ratio of cumin oil as the test index,the optimum conditions of subcritical extraction were determined as follows: particle size of material was 40 meshes,bulk density of materials was 65 g / L,the extracting temperature was 45℃,and the extracting time was 90 minutes. Under the optimum conditions,the extraction ratio of cumin oil were obtained,which was validated as high as 97. 30%.【Conclusion】The subcritical extraction technology for cumin seed oil is feasible,simple,of low cost and low energy consumption,high efficiency and bright development prospect.
