摘　　要：在总结我校大学数学教学团队建设实践的基础上,结合深化高等教育教学改革与我校的实际情况,提出了进一步加强我校大学数学教学团队建设的新思考。This paper,based on the practice of college mathematics teaching team construction in our college,combines the practice of our reform with the requirement of deepening teaching reform of higher education and then puts forward new thought of strengthening college mathematics teaching team construction.
