摘 要:教师的教学个性是一种重要的教学资源,但教学个性日渐缺失是一个不争的事实。教学个性的有无不决定于外部的打造、劝戒或规约,而是具有鲜明的自为品质,教学个性的彰显取决于教师的志气、勇气、才气。志气是教学个性彰显的导向和内驱力;勇气是教学个性彰显的胆识和持续力;才气是教学个性彰显的保证和表现力。教师的志气、勇气、才气是教师确证自我、展示自我、走向自由的内在依赖,是衡量教师的教学个性是否鲜明、教学境界是否高远的基本标志。Though teaching individuality constitutes an essential part in teaching resources, it is admitted by all that teaching individuality is in increasing deficiency. Teaching individuality is not determined by external cultivation, exhortation and disciplines, but by the distinctive quality of personal charm. Teaching individuality is manifested in a teacher' s ambition, courage and talent. Ambition is the orientation and internal driving force ; courage is the bravery which sustains the individuality; talent is the guarantee and expression. These three important qualities are the internal foundation for a teacher to verify himself, show his personal charm and advance toward full freedom. Meanwhile, they also represent a basic mark to evaluate a teacher' s teaching individuality and his teach- ing realm.
