摘  要:分析了企业高管团队战略管理及其企业绩效,探讨了影响高管团队战略整合学习效果的重要因素,基于此,应用系统工程理论方法,提出了基于战略整合学习的企业高管团队战略管理能力进化路径,设计了高管团队战略管理效能定量评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用物元理论建立了战略管理效能定量评价模型,进而将模型应用于实际问题,以某企业高管团队战略管理效能为物元,对该企业高管团队的战略管理效能进行了连续3年的跟踪评价与分析,计算了第1年该企业高管团队的战略管理效能,锁定了制约该企业高管团队战略管理效能发挥的短板因素,指出了提高效能的具体改进路径;该企业根据评价结果采取了相应的改进措施,贯彻落实后,对实施效果进行了改进后评估,结果表明,该企业高管团队战略管理效能得到了较大的改善,企业绩效得以显著的提高。This paper analyzes strategic management and its performance of the firm top management team,discusses the important factors affecting strategic integration learning of top management team.Using the theory and method of system engineering,the improvement path of strategic management ability of the firm top management team is presented based on the strategic integration learning,and the quantitative evaluation index system is designed.Based on these,using the theory of matter-element analysis,the matter-element models are built for evaluating the strategic management efficiency of top management team.Regarding the strategic management efficiency of top management team as the object of matter-element,strategic management ability of the top management team is analyzed and evaluated through the matter-element models for three consecutive years.The results show that the strategic management efficiency of the firm top management team is improved significantly,and the firm performance is significantly improved as well.
