摘　　要：教育之本真在对话,它以对话而存在,因对话发展。确立教育之对话本真,有利于认清和克服各种教育异化现象,形成一种开放生成的教育体系,确立一种新的教育本质观。新的教育本质观更加符合教育存在的内在逻辑,更加具有对教育现实的解释力和对教育发展的指导性。Educational nature is dialogue, for its being in dialogue and developing for dialogue. The dialogic nature of education is beneficial to identify and overcome a variety of educational alienations, to form a open and generating educa- tion system, and to establish a new view of educational essence. This new view of educational essence is more in line with the internal logic of education, more explanatory power of the facts of education and more guiding to the developments of e- ducation.
