摘　　要：从乌龙茶做青工艺及做青环境两方面对乌龙茶做青技术展开综述,包括不同阶段乌龙茶做青工艺及做青环境中温度、湿度、气流的研究进展,同时,阐述了空调做青的发展状况并对乌龙茶做青下一步研究进行了展望。The green-made technology of oolong tea and environment were summarized. The content includes green-made process at different stages and the research progress of temperature, humidity, air flow about green-made environment. This paper also expounded the development of air conditioning green-made and predicted the further research for green-made technology of oolong tea.
