摘  要:目的 :研究植入改性壳聚糖膜后兔体内的组织反应及膜的降解情况。方法 :将部分壳聚糖羧甲基化 ,使用二次冷冻干燥法制备成膜。将膜植入兔背部肌肉 ,术后 2、4、6、1 2、1 6周分组处死动物取材 ,标本HE染色 ,光学显微镜下观察组织反应 ;2周和 4周时取膜局部 ,应用扫描电镜观察膜的降解情况。结果 :膜在前 4周保持完整 ,1 6周后完全降解 ,膜植入早期出现巨噬细胞为主的炎症反应 ,随着膜的降解 ,炎症反应逐渐减轻 ,周围组织无不良反应。结论 :壳聚糖改性后制备的多孔膜降解速度快 。Objective:To study tissue reactions and degradation of chitosan membrane in rabbits. Methods:Parts of Chitosan were carboxymethylized and prepared into a membrane by freeze drying. The membrane was inserted into the muscles in rabbits'back, and speciments were retrieved after 2,4,6,12,16?weeks and a histological analysis were performed. Results:The membrane retained intact for at least 4 weeks and completely degradated in the 16?th week.In early period after the insertion of the membrane,inflammatory processes with macrophages were observed, but the processes reduced with the membrane degradation. Conclusion:The chitosan membrane's degradation time can be cut down by adding carboxymethyl into chitosan and such membrane can be used in inducing tissue regeneration.
