摘　　要：社会化是大学生发展过程中的关键环节,推动大学生社会化是高校人才培养工作的重要内容。大学生社会化过程实质上是其人格状况不断发展变化的过程。高校要积极探索大学生社会化的规律,构建人格培育工作体系,从培养学生的典型行为入手,调动以辅导员为主体的学生工作力量,塑造大学生良好人格,推进大学生的社会化进程。Socialization is a key aspect in the development of college students and higher education has the task to promote student＇s socialization. Essentially, the process of college students＂ socialization is a continuous development of their personality. Colleges should actively explore the law of college students socialization, build the system of personality cultivation, start with the typical behaviors of students, improve the team of student counsellors, and promote the socialization of college students as a part of shaping their personality.
