以提高执业助理医师通过率为导向的教学模式改革现状和对策分析

摘　　要：执业(助理)医师资格考试通过率是国家检验和衡量各医学院校教学质量的重要标准。医学院校作为医师培养的摇篮,必须按照行业标准要求开展教学,加强教学内容与岗位工作内容对接,这样才能使其培养的医学生顺利踏入到医师岗位。提出了以提高岗位胜任力为主线,开展临床医学教学改革,突出实践教学,改革考核方式等措施,加强教学内容和岗位工作内容、执业(助理)医师考试接轨,进一步提高执业资格考试通过率。The passing rate of assistant doctor license examination is an important standard on evaluating the teaching quality of medical colleges. As the training base of doctors, medical colleges should carry out teaching in accordance with vocational standards and join teaching content with clinical work needs, thus trained medical students will be competent as a doctor. Teaching reform of clinical medicine was applied with emphasis on practical teaching, innovation on examination means, and improvement of competency as the mainline, thus teaching content was connected with clinical work and assistant doctor license examination, and the passing rate of the assistant doctor license examination was further improved.
