摘　　要：为克服从行为和技术角度单一讨论知识共享网络存在的片面性,构建基于行为和技术的包含技术网络、社会网络和知识网络的三层知识共享网络,阐述每层网络中的关键因素和网络构成,最后分析三层网络之间的相互作用关系。In order to overcome the one - sidedness of discussion about knowledge sharing network from behavior or tech- nology respectively＇ the paper constructs a three -level knowledge sharing network , which consists of technology network, social network and knowledge network based on behavior and technology. It demonstrates the key factors and network struc- ture of each level network. Finally, it analyzes the interactive relationship between these three -level knowledge sharing network.
