摘 要:目的探讨高仿真模拟教学在护理药理学实践教学中的应用及效果。方法将34名学生随机分为两组,实验组(16名)进行青霉素过敏性休克救治的高仿真模拟教学,对照组(18名)采用传统授课方法。比较两组对教学效果的评价及知识掌握情况。结果实验组对教学效果的评价明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),知识考核总体成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在护理药理学中开展高仿真模拟教学是可行的,通过采用“3P”高仿真模拟教学模式,可提高护生的解决问题能力和综合应用能力。Objective To explore the application and the effects of high-fidelity simulation teaching in nursing pharmacology course. Methods 34 students were divided into two groups. The high-fidelity simulation teaching of the treatment of anaphylactic shock of Penicillin was implemented to the experimental group (16 students) . The results of survey instruments and the written examinations were compared. Results The difference in the evaluation to the simulation teaching between two groups was statistically significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . The students knowledge between two groups also showed statistical significance ( t=-9. 35 , P=0. 000 ) . Conclusions It is practicable to implement high-fidelity simulation teaching in nursing pharmacology course. The students' problem-solving and comprehensive abilities could be enhanced through the implement of "3 P" high-fidelity simulation teaching model.
