面向国际化工程人才培养的大学英语教学改革

摘　　要：本文介绍了大连东软信息学院实施的面向国际化工程人才培养的大学英语教学改革探索与实践。提出应用技术型大学中大学英语教育已经进入一个必须与专业学科和产业需求接轨的发展阶段,专门用途英语(EAP)教学理论与国际工程学科CDIO创新教育理念的融合,充分体现了人文与科技的相互渗透与协调发展。基于这种跨学科的教育理论融合,应用技术型大学必须建设一体化的大学英语教学改革目标体系、一体化的课程体系、一体化的教学管理团队及关联性的考核评价体系,为社会和产业培养复合型、国际化的卓越工程人才。The essay introduces the exploration and practice of the College English teaching reform oriented by Internationalized Engineering Talents Cultivation in Dalian Neusoft University of Information. The reform is being conducted in the light of engineering talent internationalization and the urge for more efficient College English education. The essay puts forward the idea that College English education has entered a new phase in which it should correspond with the demands of spccializcd disciplines and industries. By introducing TOPCARES-CDIO principle into ESP methodology, a combination between engineering education and humanity has been achieved. The essay discusses the goals of College English teaching reform, explores the methods to develop the integrated College English framework, the conversion and development of College English teachers and the establishment of evaluation system, so as to cultivate global and interdisciplinary talents for the society.
