摘　　要：协同创新是高等教育改革的风向标,指引着高等院校办学模式的转型。在国家产业结构调整升级、自身转型发展、校企合作深化提升、学生可持续发展等多种需求之下,高职院校要以人才培养为切入点,通过抓准问题、理清内涵、重塑体制机制、构建组织平台等方式突破现实障碍,实现高职院校的协同创新。As wind vane of higher education reformation, collaborative innovation guides the transition of the running model of higher educational institutes. The updating of industrial structures, the transition of self-development and the in-depth integration between colleges and enterprises also call for the realization of collaborative innovation in higher vocational colleges, which means breakthrough in analyzing the problems, in understanding the connotation of the concepts, in reconstructing the system and in building a working platform.
