摘  要:高职"双证书"制度的设计、运行及实施中,政府应该通过增进相关部门协作、加强就业准入制度、完善资格证书制度、建立证书互认机制等定好框架,完善保障;企业可以强化行业指导,保障标准统一,根据岗位需求,提出课改建议、构建专业组织,协调产教融合等依托行业,制定标准;学校则采用贴近行业,提高教学实践性,加强"双师型"队伍建设,开发职业课程包等举措重构课程,形成各司其职又相互融合的"三位一体"机制。It is critical to design, operate and implement of the "double certificates" system for higher vocational education. Therefore, the government should develop the framework and perfect the safeguard through strengthening the collaboration of relevant departments, enhancing employment admittance system, perfecting the qualification certificate system and establishing the mechanism of mutual recognition certificate. The enterprises can strengthen industry guidance, guarantee the unified standard, based on position requirements, put forward the curriculum reform suggestions, build a professional organization, coordinate the industries relied by industry-education integration, and set the standard. The schools should abut the demand of industry, enhance the practical teaching and cultivate the "dual- qualification" teaching staff, develop the vocational course package to reconstruction curricula, so as to form the trinitarian "double Certificates" mechanism.
