高校本科生“辅导员—导师制”模式探索研究

摘　　要：高等教育的迅猛发展,给当前高校的人才培养工作提出新的课题,本科生教育管理模式也面临着新的挑战和要求。高校辅导员制度虽然发展日渐成熟,但在全员育人的宏观要求下仍显示出困境和不足,本科生导师制的引入将是提升本科生培养质量的有效途径。文中介绍了高校导师制和辅导员制结合的发展现状,结合某大学理科院系本科生的导师模式和需求调研,提出了切实加强导师制的必要性和重要性,并给出了本科生"辅导员—导师制"的适当模式建议。With the rapid development of higher education,a new topic about student’s cultivation is proposed for universities.Also,the management mode of undergraduate education faces new challenges. Although the counsellor system in universities has been developed maturely,it still shows dilemma and insufficiency. Introduction of undergraduate tutor system will be an effective method for improving the quality of talent cultivation. The essay introduces the status of combination of tutor and counsellor system. According to the targeted survey,the essay emphasizes the importance and necessity of carrying out tutor system and put forward some suggestions about combination of counsellor and tutor system.
