摘  要:以提高教学效果和大学生素质能力为出发点,依据胜任力与胜任力模型理论,对高校人力资源管理课程的教学思路和教学方法进行探讨,提出情景教学、实践教学、模拟演练等教学方法并改革考核方式方法。Aiming at the improvement of both teaching efficiency and learning competency, and adopting the perspective of the theory of competency and competency model, the teaching notion of and methods for the HR management programs in the colleges and universities have been discussed and the context -oriented teaching method, the application -oriented teaching method and the mock -oriented teaching method have been explored in this paper. It is also believed that the evaluation methods should also be improved.
