摘 要:道德教育是一个共同体中重要的管理方式和人际协调方式,也是伦理学和教育学所共同关心和研究的重要论域。历史上有多种关于道德教育的价值论说,如价值澄清论、价值认知论、价值整合学说等,这些价值论说为道德教育提供了独特的研究视角和解释系统,也不可避免地遭遇了各自的理论边界和实践困境,导致现代社会出现了"低效德育"或者"无效德育"的现象。价值排序论提出了以尊重道德主体进行价值选择和排序为立足点、强调现实教育情境中主体间性的作用、克服道德相对主义和虚无主义的道德教育模式的创新路径。Moral education is a significant management method and interpersonal coordinated manner in a community. It has also been an important field which attracts common concern in the study of ethics and pedagogy. There are several theories of Axiology of the moral education in history, such as Values Clarification, Cognitive theory of value and the theory of Kohlberg, s Stages of Moral Development, which provide unique view of research and interpretative system for moral education. However these discourses of value theories encounter practical dilemma and theoretical boundaries respectively and inevitably, which may finally cause the phenomenon of the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of moral education in the modern society. This paper discusses some different paradigms of value theory in current moral education from the perspectives of value ranking. And the author put forward a new approach of moral education which based on the esteem to the moral subject's behavior of value choosing and ranking stressed its critical influence in realistic education, surmounted the moral education model of relativism and nihilism.
