西藏札达县沙棘资源营养成分评价与分析

摘　　要：通过检测果重、果含油量、籽含油量、总黄酮、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素和重金属含量等指标,对该地区沙棘资源的营养价值进行评价。结果表明,西藏阿里地区扎达县沙棘资源叶片总黄酮含量3.399 5%,籽油中亚油酸比例41.8%,果实含油量17.17%、维生素E 26.6 mg/kg及重金属含量分别为铅0.013 mg/kg、镉0.003 1 mg/kg、汞0.000 49 mg/kg、砷0.032 mg/kg、铬0.004 8 mg/kg。The nutrient value of the seabuckthron is estimated according to the testing items as followed：fruit weight, oil content in fruit, oil content in seed, total flavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and other indicators of heavy metal content. The result shows that the flavonoid content of the leaves 3.3995 %, the proportion of linoleic acid in seed oil 41.8%, fruit oil content 17.17%, vitamin E content 26.6 mg/kg, and heavy metal contents are Pb 0.013 mg/kg, Cd 0.003 1 mg/kg, Hg 0.000 49 mg/kg, As 0.032 mg/kg, Cr 0.004 8 mg/kg in Zanda County of Ngari in Tibet.
