摘 要:为了提高聚(L-乳酸)(PLLA)的气体阻隔性能,通过溶液浇铸法制备PLLA、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚己内酯(PCL)的单层膜及PLLA/PVA/PCL复合膜,评价其力学性能、热学性能、封合性能和阻隔性能。结果表明,复合膜断裂伸长率达到12.8%,屈服强度达到52.6 MPa,杨氏模量达到1 730 MPa。复合膜的氧气透过系数为7.3×10-4cm3/(m·24h·0.1MPa),水蒸气透过系数为81.9×10-12g·m/(m2·s·Pa)。PLLA通过与PVA和PCL多层复合提高了其阻隔性能、封合性能和韧性。To improve the gas barrier properties of poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) and the monolayers of PLLA, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) and PLLA/PVA/PCL composite films were prepared by solution casting process. The mechanical, thermal, sealing and barrier behavior of films were evaluated. The results showed that the yield strength, elongation at breakage and young modulus of the composite films were 12. 8%, 52.6 MPa and 1 730 MPa, respectively. The PLLA/PVA/PCL oxygen transmission coffieient reached 7.3×10^-4 cm^3/(m·24h·0. 1MPa), and the water vapor transmission eofficient was 81.9×10^-12 g·m/(m2·s·Pa). The barrier and sealing property and toughness of PLLA were improved by laminating with PVA and PCL.
