摘  要:从丝素蛋白的功能活性角度出发,对工业废蚕丝进行进行脱胶处理,选择安全、廉价的碳酸钠作为脱胶剂,并采用正交试验对脱胶条件进行了优化,得出最佳脱胶工艺条件为:Na2CO3质量分数为0.5%,脱胶时间为30 min,废蚕丝与Na2CO3溶液的固液比为1∶50(g/m L),此时脱胶率最高,可达23.1%,同时对脱胶的蚕丝进行了盐溶处理,得出脱胶丝素以Ca Cl2质量分数为40%,溶解时间为5 min进行溶解时,其效果最好。Based on the biological activities of silk fibroin, industrial waste silk was degummed by solution of sodium carbonate that it was safe and inexpensive. At the same time silk fibroin dissolving process also was initially researched. By the orthogonal test, the optimum degumming conditions for Na2CO3 were determined as Na2CO3 concentration 0.5%, reaction time 30 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 50 (g/mL), under which the sericin removing-rate reached 23.1% by means of removaling twice using Na2CO3 as medium and solvent works was best under the conditions of CaCl2 concentration of 40%, time of 5 min.
