地方本科院校转型背景下英语类专业多元人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：近几十年来,英语专业经历了一个"跨越式""超常规"的发展历程,过度膨胀和同质化严重,导致地方本科院校的英语类专业人才培养面临着严重的危机和挑战:工具性与人文性的冲突,人才培养目标缺乏统一的分类标准,本科英语专业教学质量滑坡。地方本科院校向应用技术类高校转型,其英语类专业要以培养应用型人才为主。一是双轨并举,分道而驰;二是人才培养目标、层次多元化;三是课程体系模块化;四是从教学模式入手,突出人才培养特色。For decades, English major has undergone a development process of ＂ leaping forward＂ and ＂super - Normal＂, and because of the excessive expansion and serious homogenization, the talents cultivation of English major in local universities now face serious crises and challenges： the conflict between instrumental and hu- manity, lack of unified classification standard in the aim of talents cultivation, and decline of the education quality in undergraduate English major. When the local universities are to be transformed into applied technology universities,English major should emphasize on the cultivation of applied talents. Firstly, double track should be operated with respective aim to pursue;secondly, diversified aim and levels should be made in talents cultivation;thirdly, the curriculum system should be modularized;and fourthly, the features of talents cultivation should be highlighted especially in the model of teaching.
