摘  要:目的了解团体辅导和积极情感体验活动对情绪障碍大学生的效果,为高校心理健康教育探寻更加积极有效的方法和途径。方法通过问卷调查的方法从高校筛选80名有情绪障碍的大学生作为被试,分成实验组(40名)和对照组(40名)。实验组进行为期10周的10次团体心理辅导和活动,对照组不接受任何心理干预。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行前后测,比较实验前后被试心理状况。结果积极心理取向的培训1周后对降低大学生人际敏感、抑郁、躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、其他因子及总分差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为2.891,3.047,2.101,2.103,2.155,2.134,6.228,P值均<0.05);而对照组前后除抑郁和焦虑情绪明显加重外(t值分别为-2.491,-2.112,P值均<0.05),其他并无显著变化。在0.5 a后进行追踪研究,实验组在抑郁情绪障碍的降低上效果保持良好,在减轻躯体化、焦虑、强迫、敌对及人际敏感上差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);而对照组前后除抑郁和焦虑情绪明显加重外(P值均<0.05),其他各项因子无变化。结论积极心理训练营的团体辅导对大学生常见情绪障碍的干预有显著性效果,在减轻抑郁、焦虑、强迫、敌对及改善人际敏感上也具有良好的保持效果。Objective Based on the positive psychology as the theoretical basis, through positive psychological training camp, to provide a new way for the improvement of mental heal the education in colleges and universities. Methods Questionnaire and interview were mainly used to select 80 students in a university, and then they were divided into experiment group and control group respectively according to experiment-control group and before-after design. Twenty students from experiment group received 10-weeks group psychology counseling, while twenty other students from control group did not received any psychological interven- tion. Moreover SCL-90 Questionnaire were used to test in a before-after way, and T-test was used to give a comparing analysis of the experimental result. Results The experimental group before and after the test results showed that a positive psychological orien- tation training on college students interpersonal sensitivity, depression factor and total score had significant difference { P〈0.01 ) , somatization, forced symptoms, anxiety, and other factors were significantly difference (P〈0.05 ) ; While the control group before and after the test in addition to the depression and anxiety significantly increased (P〈0.05), and no significant change in the other. After half a year to track and study, the experimental group on the reduced depressive mood disorder effect is good, in reducing the somatization, anxiety, force, hostility and interpersonal sensitivity have obvious difference (P〈0.05 ) ; While the control group be- fore and after the test in addition to the depression and anxiety significantly increased(P〈0.05 ), and no significant change in the other. Conclusion The positive psychology training camp group guidance on college students common mood disorder intervention has significant effect, to reduce depression, anxiety, force, hostility and improving interpersonal sensitivity also has a good effect.
