摘 要:在全球化、信息化的时代背景下,在经济与社会发展的转型中,在高校治理改革日益深化的进程中,优化和创新高校管理队伍的建设成为了摆在我们面前的一项重要课题。运用"共同体"这一社会学基本概念,在阐释其精神内涵变迁的基础上,重点分析了高校管理队伍建设过程中凸显"共同体"精神的意义和可行性,探讨了高校管理队伍建设新的发展视角和实践领域,并提出通过构建高校管理队伍的精神共同体、学习共同体、实践共同体及完善考核评价和激励机制这四个路径,切实提高管理效能,实现组织发展目标,推动高校管理队伍的高效、有序、良性发展。In the context of globalization and informatization,during the transformation of the economic and social development and the process of deepening the reform of university governance,the optimization and innovation of the construction of university management team has become an important task in front of us.This paper attempts to apply the basic sociology term "community",on the basis of explaining the change of its spiritual connotation,to concentrate study on the significance and feasibility of highlighting the "community"spirit in the process of the construction of university management team,to explore the new development perspective and practice areas of university management team.This paper also puts forward that through the construction of university management team's four paths:spirit community,learning community,practice community and improvement of the evaluation and incentive mechanism,effectively improve the management efficiency,achieve development goals of the organization,and promote the efficient,orderly and benign development of university management team.
