摘  要:采用水提法,通过单因素和正交试验,对提平菇粗多糖的最佳方法进行了筛选,并采用DPPH法对其活力进行了测定。结果表明:提取平菇粗多糖最佳方法为微波法。微波6min、料液比1∶45,提取次数2次,粗多糖的得率为155.05mg/g。当平菇粗多糖溶液浓度为2.25 mg/m L时,抗氧化活性为92.49%,且提取液中粗多糖的含量与抗氧化活性成正比。Take water extraction method, screening the best condition for extract crude polysaccharide in Pleurotus ostreatus was determine by single factor and orthogonal test. DPPH assay method was used to determine the antioxidant activities of extraction. The results showed that : ( 1 ) The preferred way for ex- traction crude polysaccharide of Pleurotus ostreatus was microwave method. The best condition for extrac- tion crude polysaccharide of Pleurotus ostreatus was : Microwave extraction 6min, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:45, extraction 2 times, the extraction yield was 155.05mg/g. (2)The antioxidant properties was 92.49% when solution concentration of crude polysaccharide in Pleurotus ostreatus was 2.25mg/mL, and the content of crude polysaccharide was directly proportional to the antioxidant activities.
