摘　　要：奈多罗米钠是具有较强抗炎活性的平喘药。由3-硝基苯酚经过16步反应可以合成奈多罗米钠,合成中应用了一些基础有机化学反应,奈多罗米钠的合成可以作为有机化学教学案例,帮助学生了解有机化学反应的应用,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,提高教学效果。Nedocromil sodium is an antiasthmatic drug with strong anti -inflammatory activity. Nedocromil sodium is synthesized from 3 - nitrophenol through a sixteen - step route, there are many elementary organic chemistry reactions using in the synthesis of nedocromil sodimn, so synthesis of nedocromil sodium can be used as a teacting case in organic chemistry teaching, it helps students to understand the application of organic chemistry reactions, promotes the enthusiasm and initiative of student＇s learning and improves the teaching effect.
