摘　　要：通过对高校化学实验教学传统模式和立体化实验教学模式的探索研究,无法有效解决因参与课程学习的学生面广,层次不齐、积极性各异而导致整体教学效果差异的难题。进一步引入"导师制"教育模式而实施"实验课程导师制",并对其实施效果和特点进行总结与分析,为实验室素质化和个性化教学拓展一种新的教学模式,也为推进人才培养模式和教学体制改革进行有益的探索。Based on the analysis of the traditional teaching mode and the 3-dimensional teaching mode for the college chemical experiment teaching,a new experiment education reformation is further explored. For improving the effect of chemical experimental teaching and that of each individual student ＇s learning,tutorial system is incorporated into chemical experiment course. This paper further attempts to study the implementation of the ＂tutorial system in experiment course＂for the college chemical experiment teaching,to evaluate the effect of its implementation,and to summarize and analyze its characteristics. These will stimulate the development of a new teaching mode for experiment teaching and promote the reformation of teaching and talents training mode.
