摘　　要：由于职前缺乏系统的教育理论学习,地方高校的青年教师在教学认识上存在许多误区。这些错误的认识,直接制约着青年教师的教学行为,影响课堂教学效果。青年教师需要加强教育理论学习、增强教学反思意识、提高教学技能、才能提高课堂教学质量。Due to the lack of systematic study of educational theory at pre-service period, young teachers at local colleges have many misconceptions on teaching. These misunderstandings directly restrict young teachers＇ teaching behaviors and influence the effect of classroom teaching. Young teachers need to strengthen the study of educational theory, improve the consciousness of teaching reflection and teaching skills, so as to improve classroom teaching quality.
