摘　　要：利用产自长白山地区的五种野生食用菌:桑黄、灵芝、桦褐孔菌、猴头菇和榛蘑为主要材料。从中提取食用菌粗多糖并进行抗突变实验,以期为食用菌保健品的开发以及精细加工提供理论参考。In this study, we used five wild edible mushroom in Changbai Mountain area as follows：Phellinus igniarius, glossy ganoderma, Inonotus obliquus, Hericium erinaceus and mellea armillaria sporophore. Extracted mushroom polysaccharide from the five wild edible mushroom for the anti-mutation experiments , there would be a theoretical basis for the development of edible mushrooms in health products and precision machining.
