摘  要:如果一所学校的办学定位不清,使命模糊,自然就不可能有质量。基于云南省37所学校《质量报告》文本中关于办学定位的表述研究,本研究表明:三成院校缺乏办学定位的描述,目标定位过于高远,人才培养规格定位模糊,办学层次定位相互交织。据此提出办学定位的五项建议:准确把握高职教育人才培养规格;突显"人无我有、人有我优"的行业特色;强调"走出去,引进来"的高职教育国际化;突出沿边院校,侧重于"国门院校";完善高职教育产教融合、校企合作。If the school running orientation of an institution is unclear,the educational mission is vague,and as a result education quality becomes something impossible. Based on the expressions of the school running orientation of the 37"Quality Report"texts of the 37 higher vocational institutions( HVIs),this paper shows that 1) 30 percent of HVIs lack the clear description of school running orientation; 2) the educational goal of individual HVI is far too lofty; 3) the specifications of talents training are unclear; and4) the categories of HVIs’ school running orientations are overlapped. The paper thereby puts forward the following four school- running orientation proposals: 1) accurately grasping the specifications of HVI talents training; 2) highlighting the industrial characteristics of"better and excellent"principle; 3) emphasizing the internationalization of"going out and bringing in"guideline; 4) enhancing the construction of"borderline HVIs"; and 5) improving the integration of"production and school education",and the cooperation between HVIs and enterprises.
