摘　　要：由于西部各省内部区域教育发展极不平衡,省会城市、经济发展较好的地市和偏远县域高中在学校基础设施、教学管理、师资力量和学生资源等方面相差巨大,省级教育行政部门需结合本地实际,统筹兼顾,做好高中学业水平考试考核办法的顶层设计。Due to the regional education development in the western provinces extremely internal imbalance, the provincial capital city, better economic development city and remote county high school in the school infrastructure, teaching management, teachers and students and other resources are huge.
