创业团队成员心理契约影响因素的探索性研究

摘　　要：本研究以创业团队成员这一组织中的特殊群体为研究对象,基于扎根理论从指向个体的影响因素、指向团队的影响因素和指向组织的影响因素等三个主范畴构建了创业团队成员心理契约的影响因素体系;在此基础上进一步探讨了创业团队成员心理契约的形成过程,包括:信息收集、认知加工、心理契约形成三个阶段。相关结论不仅丰富了心理契约理论的研究成果,也为有效促进创业团队中心理契约的形成提供了理论指导。Based on grounded theory, this research builds a system structure with ＂the influencing factors of entrepreneurial team member＇s psychological contract＂ as its core category and covers three main categories, 18 formal categories and 94 preliminary concepts the influential factor of individual, the influential factor of team and the influential factor of organization）. This study analyses the formation process of entrepreneurial team member＇s psychological contract and builds the formation path mode of entrepreneurial team member＇s psychological contract from the three stages such as information collecting, cognition processing and contract formation. Our results can help to rich psychological contract theory and guide enterprises practice.
