酒店管理专业学生职业倾向及教育诉求的调查分析——以浙江商业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：酒店业因迅速发展而呈现出对人力资源的庞大缺口,大量的酒店管理专业学生表示不愿进入酒店工作,纷纷转向其他行业。这一现象不仅需受到行业、社会的关注,同时也应引起职业教育者的深思。文章以对浙江商业职业技术学院酒店管理专业学生的调查为基础,分析学生的职业倾向、认知和教育期望,同时对酒店管理专业人才培养提出建议。A large number of students majoring in Hospitality Management would not like to choose a job in other sectors rather than in the hospitality one, which suffers from a critical shortage of labor, especially the shortage of senior skilled workers. This phenomenon should be paid attention to not only by the hospitality industry, but also by the whole society including vocational school educators. This paper, based on an investigation of Hospitality Management students in Zhejiang Business College, first analyzes their career orientations and their cognitive and educational needs, and then gives some suggestions for preparing Hospitality Management professionals.
