摘　　要：《世界地理》是高师院校地理科学专业一门重要的专业课程。针对当前我国高师院校《世界地理》课程教学现状及存在的问题,笔者结合自己的教学实践,对高师《世界地理》教学内容和教学方法改革提出了一些思路和建议。在教学内容方面,着重探讨了教材资料数据的更新和补充、增设《世界地理专题》课程及其内容的选择、教学内容对世界政治经济与环境发展中重大问题的吸收、突出世界地理综合性和区域性特点等问题。在教学方法方面,着重探讨了区域对比分析法、地图方法和多媒体教学方法在《世界地理》教学中的运用问题。World Geography is a main specialist course for the major of geographic science in normal universities. According to the current situation and problems of World Geography teaching in China＇s higher normal universities, combining with the author＇s own teaching practice, the paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the reforms of World Geography teaching content and teaching method. In the teaching content, the paper mainly discusses the update and supplement of the data of the textbook; sets up the course of Special Topic of World Geography and the choice of its contents; the absorption of the major issues in the world political, economic and environmental development; highlighting the comprehensive and regional characteristics of World Geography. In the teaching method, it mainly discusses the application of regional comparison method, map method and multimedia teaching method in World Geography teaching.
